Moving Toward Nature Positive for a Sustainability Leader
A client with a long history of environmental stewardship and award winning leadership recognized that traditional sustainability was no longer sufficient. They sought a path to move beyond harm reduction and toward a model of active regeneration.

The Regenerative Logic
We designed a climate takeover for the organizations quarterly leadership week. Rather than focusing on incremental metrics, we used Anticipatory Futures Research to frame nature as critical infrastructure. We facilitated a process of sensemaking to help their leadership team navigate the complexity of becoming Nature Positive. By applying warm data to their existing sustainability goals, we uncovered the deeper connections between their governance and the living systems they impact.

The Shift
The engagement transformed a week of ideation into a Nature Positive North Star vision. We provided a roadmap that moved the organization from a focus on individual impact to a strategy of systemic restoration. The result was a redefined mission that embeds regenerative capacity into the core of their future operations.
