North Star Vision + Experience Innovation
This global professional design organization is looking to innovate and scale the org to create more value and further the profession of service design.
The Question: How do we systematically nurture, expand, and enrich knowledge and resources?
I was asked to collaborate with two professional design leaders from Europe to craft a north star vision, create prototypes and design experiences for professionals and enthusiasts alike.
After initial discovery we crafted a vision for 7 new initiatives for the org to pilot and test and presented the recommendations to senior leadership of the global organisation.
