A global professional design organization faced the challenge of an outdated service model that no longer met the needs of a rapidly evolving industry. To further the profession, they needed a systematic way to nurture resources and scale their impact while increasing value for a diverse international membership.
The Regenerative Logic
In collaboration with design leaders from across Europe, we initiated a deep inquiry into how knowledge and resources are shared within the profession. We moved beyond fixing current workflows to ask how the organization could systematically enrich its collective intelligence. We applied experience innovation to design new learning pathways and flexible participation models, ensuring that the organization could adapt to the varying needs of professionals and enthusiasts at every career stage.
The Shift
We delivered a comprehensive five-year innovation plan centered on a North Star vision and a more viable business model. This strategic roadmap introduced flexible membership structures and expanded opportunities for knowledge exchange. The result was an increase in member engagement and a scalable architecture for organizational growth, ensuring the profession has the resilient infrastructure needed to flourish over the next decade.
