Regenerative Exploration
A rehumaning workshop to design a conceptual ecovillage of the future. By asking the central question, what if we get it right? We encouraged participants to bypass current constraints and engage in deep visionary design. First by redesigning and rehumaning a single day in their life looking far into the past at how ancient humans and primates spent their days. Then we travelled to the future and ask participants to reconnect to the earth as a partner in the design process, allowing leaders to re-examine their work through a lens of restoration and mutual flourishing.
The Shift
The experience allowed participants to move from reactive crisis management to an active, regenerative mindset. By exploring the architecture of an abundant ecovillage, participants developed new frameworks for their own organizations, prioritizing human connection and ecological integrity. The result was a renewed sense of purpose and a tactical toolkit for building resilient, future-facing communities.
